With an educational background in urban planning from the University of Toronto, Carol has a personal devotion to the Real Estate that extends to almost every facet of the industry. She has a passion for multi-residential investment properties and has built a substantial rental portfolio of her own that extends across Toronto and has worked with numerous investors at all levels to start or expand theirs. Carol also owns and manages several recreational investment properties and is able to offer unique insight into this market. Together with her husband Regan, Carol also owns a residential renovation company and has had tremendous success in buying, designing, renovating, and reselling older homes as well as with a number of new construction projects. Carol is always eager to share her huge depth of knowledge with her clients and assist them with finding their pathway to success and wealth in real estate.
